phjo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phjo Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
You agree to notify phjo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your phjo account. phjo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
phjo strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. phjo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. phjo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your phjo account dashboard and are subject to change. phjo reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. phjo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within ten (10) minutes.
phjo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
phjo's random number generator (RNG)-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and statistical integrity. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all certified games are published and available upon request. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective regulatory certifications.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phjo reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phjo's decision in such matters is final. phjo will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

Any unauthorised use of phjo's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
phjo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phjo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phjo, you agree to first contact phjo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phjo will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
phjo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phjo will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the phjo platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
